Next week is Health Week (20^th -23^rd of May). During this week learning will focus on health and children will engage in range of activities throughout the week. Our whole school sports day, including children in the nursery will take place on Thursday 23^rd of May. The nursery sports will take place from 9.30am – 10.15am and Primary 1-7 from 1.30pm – 2.45pm. Parents are welcome to come along, as the sports is taking place on the pitch there will be a designated area set aside for parents. Please follow the signs.

Please ensure that children come dressed appropriately in PE kit for the duration of health week. They should also have a filled water bottle and waterproof jacket as they will be outdoors in all weathers.

Tomorrow (Friday 17th) there will be a menu change.

Green Option is now a Cheese Panini and chips.

Woodlands Primary School and Nursery will be closed to pupils on Monday 6th of May.

Pupils will return to school and nursey as normal on Tuesday 7th May.

A reminder that Thursday 2nd May is an In-Service Day and Woodlands Primary School and Nursery will be closed to all pupils.

Children should not attend school or nursery on this day.

Cumbernauld Library is running a club for Primary 7 pupils. It begins on the 2nd May and will run every Tuesday from 4 – 5 pm.
